Privacy Policy

This explains what Bread Winner collects, why, and what you can do about it. Bread Winner is operated by Francois Pied, doing business as Bread Winner.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your email address, your bakery's name, and the names and emails of people you invite.
• Your bakery data — recipes, ingredients, orders, inventory counts, vendors, invoices you upload, and costs.
• Billing details — handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference, the plan, and whether payment succeeded. We never receive your card number.
• Basic technical data — sign-in times and error logs, so we can keep the service working.

We do not use advertising trackers.

2. Why we hold it

To run the service for you, to take payment, to email you about your account, and to fix problems. Nothing else.

3. Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to run the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Netlify — hosting
• Stripe — payments
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — the AI features in section 6 of the Terms

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other customers or with anyone for marketing.

4. AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the document you chose — a count sheet, an invoice, a recipe page — is sent to our AI provider to be read, and the result is returned to you for review. It is processed to answer that request and is not used to train models.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. After cancellation your data stays readable for 30 days, after which we may delete it. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each bakery's data is isolated so no other customer can reach it. Uploaded invoice files are private to your bakery's administrators. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you promptly.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@breadwinner.pro and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you rights to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection; our lawful basis is performance of our contract with you.

8. Cookies

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising or analytics cookies.

9. Children

Bread Winner is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will email you before it takes effect.
